Benefits of the LNB Frequency Calculator

  • Instant Band Detection
Quickly identify whether your IF frequency is in the Low Band (10.7–11.7 GHz) or High Band (11.7–12.75 GHz) range.

  • Accurate RF Frequency Calculation
Converts IF to RF using standard LO frequencies (9750 MHz for Low, 10600 MHz for High) — essential for technical setup.

  • Simplifies Satellite Tuning
Helps technicians, installers, and enthusiasts fine-tune satellite receivers and head-end systems like the WISI OM 10 series.

  • Saves Time
No need to manually calculate or reference charts — get accurate results instantly.

  • Works with Universal LNBs
Designed specifically for standard universal LNBs, widely used in satellite setups worldwide.

LNB Band & Frequency Checker

*Telephent transponders may vary slightly depending on satellite configuration.

Description:

This LNB Band & Frequency Calculator helps satellite technicians and enthusiasts quickly determine whether a given radio frequency (RF) falls within the Low Band or High Band of a Universal LNB. Simply enter the RF in MHz, and the tool will show you the corresponding Intermediate Frequency (IF) and LNB band used.

Based on standard Universal LNB parameters:

  • Low Band: 10.700–11.700 MHz (LO = 9750 MHz)

  • High Band: 11.700–12.750 MHz (LO = 10600 MHz)

Perfect for setting up satellite dishes, aligning transponders, or verifying frequency plans. Includes a note about Telephent transponders for extra accuracy.
